Brief Introduction
Yeong-Rae is a prosthetist by day and a crime boss by night, driven by ceaseless rage manifested from a traumatic encounter with organ thieves. He pours his heart into creating realistic prosthetics for clients who pay him for his services, while taking the lives of those he deems ‘lesser’ in order to further improve his research and work. Using his devilish charisma and wealth to lure victims into trusting him before finally going in for the kill.He has no recollection of life before the age of sixteen years old, but was brought up in isolation and used for drug trials that were being tested to enhance the performance of internal organs, but he does not know this. Essentially he was brought up for his organs to eventually be harvested and sold on, which was the initial reason for the attack that sparked his downfall.Wealth, power and sex has helped Rae climb higher and higher in the crime world and now he has a number of workers, fellow gangs and even the more corrupt authorities working with him to ensure his protection from the many people who want him dead.Most of Rae's years have been spent searching for the specific crime boss who had sent the organ thieves to kill him, but he has yet to track them down. This obsession has been eating away at him for years, but it does not just end at this, for Rae has also spent the majority of his years taking down other rival gangs/groups/bosses, each meeting a very grizzly demise. He believes that being at the very top of the 'food-chain' will give him all the power he needs to destroy this faceless crime boss he has an obsession with and believes that murder and betrayal will get him to this point.Rae is a malicious and violent person despite the warmth and charisma he uses around his victims and towards those he works for, but he does now and again develop the odd soft spot for individuals.
Appearance
Usually seen wearing smart suits and shirts while out, it is rare to see Yeong-Rae wearing anything casual or comfortable unless around the house with people he is comfortable with.He changes his hair colour now and again, though the majority of the time he tends to keep his hair raven black, he occasionally likes to blonde it out for a change.His eyes are dark and his skin pale, but he does not tend to have much skin on show as he is extremely self-conscious of his body due to the aftermath of the encounter with the organ thieves.Three out of four of his limbs are missing and have been replaced with hyper-realistic prosthetics of his own creation. Both legs and his left arm are the prosthetic limbs, attached by thin plate-like disks that are surgically attached and allow him to operate the limbs through natural electrical brain signals while also being able to remove the actual limb if needed.The undersides of the plate-like disks have a red butterfly-shaped crest engraved onto them. This crest is the symbol that represents his identity in the crime world and all of his followers are made to wear the crest somewhere on their person.His torso is heavily scarred, a lot of the scarring branching along his chest and hips. There are also multiple scars littered around his abdomen from an act of retaliation during the attack.

As mentioned, Yeong-Rae is a switch. He does tend to take the top/dominant role more due to both preference and the sense of control he feels from doing so. Though in front of a partner, he comes across as quite the hopeless romantic and he tends to spoil them excessively.Rae's wealth not only comes from highly priced prosthetic creations, but also from a number of people/gangs/groups who pay him for protection.Rae is almost always under surveillance while out of his house and uses multiple hand gestures to send messages/commands to his workers who are keeping a close eye on him.To other crime bosses, Rae and his followers are often reffered to as 'The Horde.' This is due to the sheer amount of people involved and the way they attack rivals in massive groups.Rae has two frenum piercings.Rae is usually driven around by his workers, but occasionally he likes to drive his personal car, a red Bentley.If Rae finds himself attached to someone, he may have issues with seperation, even if for a short amount of time.Though he does not know of it himself, his internal organs have incredible regeneration abilities, this is due to the experimental trials he was exposed to in his earlier years. His brain is the only internal organ that will not regenerate!The regeneration of Rae's internal organs speed up the angrier he gets. Though he believes it's his will keeping him alive.Rae has difficulty suppressing his anger and is quick to act upon impulse, this often ends in casualties and gets him into all kinds of trouble.Rae's anger is like a switch. He can be calm and fairly collected one moment and then bludgeoning someone the next.Rae tends to use The Sign of the Cross on himself before he takes the lives of certain people.Rae has been known to eat parts of fellow human beings while in combat or angry. Though it is not something he does regularly, there are times where he will not hesitate to devour parts of his enemies.His home is huge, but all on one level. The main gallery is the entrance and that leads to the garden straight ahead and two halls either side of the room. The West Wing consists of a number of bedrooms and bathrooms, a 'firearms room' at the end of the hall that is locked by a code. The East Wing consists of his office, games rooms, lounges, a bar, the kitchen and the operating theatre in which he works on prosthetic fittings for clients and also removing limbs/organs from his victims.Rae enjoys the luxuries in life and prefers not to do anything half-assed. If something is going to be done or experienced, it needs to be big and bold, better than intended.Touch his hair, touch his waist, show him tender affection and he’ll melt on the spot.
